Arden Myrin plays New Monica/Delores, a homeless woman who develops a relationship with Frank. Pasha Lychnikoff portrays Svetlana's father Yvan. Ruby Modine joins the cast as Sierra, a new server at the "Pasty Pies" pie shop, where Fiona has recently been appointed manager.
