Investigations revealed that it was actually an alien spaceship. To repair and compensate for the damage caused to the environment while hiding the fact that the meteorite was an extraterrestrial spacecraft, several powerful countries formed a unified government and converted it into a 1200-meter long super-large flagship called "Macross" (meaning "Great Universe"). As the unified government emerged, humanity also experienced a split between pro-unification and anti-unification nations, in an extended conflict that saw the continuous modification of Macross. Ten years later, during the official lowering ceremony of Macross into the water, a massive space-time jump was detected. The main cannon onboard Macross automatically fired and hit an alien observation ship near the moon! To avoid alerting the enemy, the unified military had to engage in battle and allow Macross to take off and fly. A young person embarked on this journey of fate by boarding a fighter jet from the unified military, rescuing a girl named Lin Ming Mei and an officer named Wei Ru Nai, whom they did not know. This marked the beginning of the first space war between humans and aliens. Meanwhile, love entanglements unfolded amidst the conflict, ultimately shaping the course of history...
