深夜，秘密中Hidden within the dense forest, two mysterious men stealthily enter a house belonging to the lovable bear family. They are the leader and members of a traveling circus, in search of a runaway cub. With the bear family temporarily absent, they cautiously venture into the home, only to be startled by the oversized toothbrushes and chairs that belonged to the bears. Just as they recover their composure, the bear family (voiced by Kiyoshi Kobayashi as Papa Bear, Mayumi Tanaka as Mama Bear, and Yūji Mitsuya as Baby Bear) returns home. The sight of these strangers causes them to scatter in fright. Back in his room, Baby Bear (voiced by Shigeru Chiba) discovers that someone has moved his towel, used his phone, and even slept in his bed. It turns out that the intruder was none other than the runaway circus cub they had been looking for (voiced by Sachiko Tsukaoka). The arrival of this newcomer brings joy to the bear family.
However, their happiness is short-lived as a heavy rainstorm soon sweeps through, causing floods and endangering many lives. Even the circus animals are in peril...
