在深奥кеан的世界里生活的小美女海精（Viktoriya Novikova 饰），拥有五个姐姐，她们陶醉于老祖母讲述的陆地故事。15岁那年，小美女海精得到了Float上海面的机会，在一艘巍然的轮船上遇见了英俊的王子（Yuri Senkevich 饰），她立即被这个神秘人深深吸引。 暴风雨洒落，王子的船遭受损毁，小美女海精 heroically saved the prince and placed him on the beach. Soon, a human girl discovered the Prince and revived him, leading the Prince to believe that it was this girl who had saved his life. Touched by the idea of being with the man she loves, small mermaid decided to transform herself into a human, journeying to the palace in search of her beloved prince. She found help from a sea witch and drank a potion brewed for transformation. However, if she could not marry the prince, she would turn back into foam forever.
