Due to certain circumstances and the doctor's oversight, his experimented subject miraculously revived, causing havoc in the residential area. Consequently, the doctor served a 13-year sentence.
However, confinement failed to suppress the doctor's insatiable curiosity. He deviously used mice as his subjects for experiments during his imprisonment. Tragically, all his past research findings were seized by the police, leaving him with no progress. One day, a young medical doctor named Hovarth (played by Jason Barry) arrived at the prison to work. Seeking vengeance for his sister's death at the hands of the doctor's experiment, Hovarth requested the doctor as an assistant in their shared pursuit of the research from the past. As they injected the experimental solution into a criminal's bone marrow, the terrifying spectacle of the past reenacted itself once more.
