After wood month committed suicide, the pain of former lovers, directzu (interpreted as the dearest one, portrayed by Kikuhiro Rinko) and their friend, watase (interpreted as the bridge, played by Keiji Sonomura) could not be healed. In order to forget the past's agony, watase decided to go to Tokyo for school. In a new environment, he almost forgot everything until encountering directzu again. In their shared memories, wood month was an unavoidable topic, but neither spoke of him. Directzu turned 20 on a stormy day, and the warmth within the room was between directzu and watase. Directzu moved again, leaving watase's life once more, yet his heart was filled with guilt for hurting her. This feeling persisted until receiving a letter from directzu. Watase met a kind and lively female student, kiyomi (interpreted as the green one, played by Wakana Shiori), and their relationship quickly developed.
