Izzie will survive, while George will bid farewell to the audience. Due to TR Knight's contract issues, George might not reappear on screen in Season 6. Instead, his presence may be symbolically represented by a casket at the beginning of the season. ABC TV has confirmed that TR Knight will not return as a regular cast member for Season 6. Conversely, Jessica Capshaw, who plays Arizona Robbins, the pediatrician, will join the main cast. This means we can look forward to more storylines between her and Callie, another major character, who is also involved in a same-sex relationship. Stay tuned for this exciting new chapter of Grey's Anatomy!
