在七个音符所命名的弟子身边，休休大师（Once Upon a Coachman） daily transmit the secrets of the Northern Star Constellation, known as the North Star Seven-Hero Array. One day, the master departs to tend to others' illnesses, leaving behind a letter with instructions for his disciples: "Practice martial arts virtuously and guard our sacred abbey." As legend goes, in the mountains, there are no tigers; monkeys rule supreme. However, upon the master's departure, chaos ensued.
Hidden within the temple lies a precious artifact known as the Sanctum's Treasure, long coveted by nefarious forces. Seizing this opportunity, Chen Si-Cheng (playing the Nine-Striped Dragon) led four other thieves, disguised as pilgrims, to rob the temple. They underestimated the Seven Little Heroes, and soon found themselves ensnared in a seemingly innocuous trap woven by the small heroes. Infuriated, Chen Si-Cheng destroyed the temple and took one of the little heroes captive, forcing them to reveal the location of the Sanctum's Treasure within the master's meditation chamber.
Witnessing this calamity, the little heroes deeply regret their disobedience to their teacher's wisdom and realize that they have made a grave mistake...
