初年民国，教授秦羽在考古之旅中 serendipitously discoveres the secrets of Dragon's Tomb, promptly assembling a team of archaeologists. Master thief Han Yang, renowned for his extraordinary skills, is invited to join the expedition. Despite brother's cautioning words, Han Yang agrees, driven by the urgent need to fund his brother's medical treatment. Supported by regional warlord Li Da Qi, the team consisting of Feng Yan, Professor Feng's daughter Fei, students Yang Li and Luo Zhi Qin, and Li Da Qi's daughter Li Bing Xue sets off on their journey. However, they soon find themselves pursued by two rival tomb-raiding gangs, who believe the Dragon's Tomb conceals a priceless treasure - the legendary Dragon Pearl. Guided by cryptic clues, the team traverses treacherous landscapes and uncovers a myriad of snake-like artifacts, seemingly closing in on their goal... only to find themselves enveloped in a sea of serpentine mysteries.
