Meanwhile, Wang Ruyu (performed by Xiao Shenyang), Tang Litou's brother and boss, finds himself cornered by a hostile takeover from his competitors and a massive debt accumulated from usurious loans, with the company teetering on the brink of collapse. As he contemplates suicide, Tang Litou and Wang Ruyu's long-time customer, Yan Jing (performed by Dilraba Dilmurat), who had been involved in an accident during her lawsuit process, develop a romantic relationship.
However, just as it seems that things are turning around for the better, the extraterrestrial beings' extraordinary abilities are discovered by a greedy antagonist (performed by Du Chengping). He seeks to exploit their power for his own selfish purposes, once again revealing humanity's insatiable greed. The planet Earth finds itself in the midst of an "unexplainable" crisis......
